The Kone Foundation has funded Mika Perälä‘s project “Lajien historia ja moninaisuus aristoteelisessa eläintutkimuksessa” (“History and Diversity in Aristotelian Zoology”). One of the aims of the project is to translate Aristotle’s biological works into Finnish (which haven’t previously been translated). The project consists of Tua Korhonen, Erja Salmenkivi, and Liisa Kaski; I will contribute to the writing of the commentaries. Congratulations, Mika – it is an honour to be a part in this project!
